Works under the guidance of the Storekeeper. Assists in the maintenance of all assigned food storerooms. Assists with maintaining organized and clean storerooms that are properly labeled, and product is protected and safeguarded. Assists with preparing storerooms for new inventory to be received. Stock stores according to USPH and safety standards. Responsible for rotating product in stores in accordance to first-in-first-out (FIFO) and expiration dates. Assists with preparing external orders of food, chinaware, glassware, hollowware, flatware, and table linen for the Provision Master. Assists in maintaining all related inventory within budgeted levels and reports any variances to the Provision Master. Assists with receiving food orders and storing product according to USPH and SEMS regulations. Advises Storekeeper of any variances from received orders compared to order. Assists with filing internal requisitions, and issuing the product requested and approved, according to company policy. Assists with controlling waste and spoilage of product. Completed room temperature logs on SEMS, USPH, and FDA approved forms. Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed.

Ensures proper and efficient cleaning and sanitation of assigned area (pot washer) within the hotel operation, according to the United States Public Health regulations. Also charged with ensuring that the assigned area is stocked and re-stocked to ensure that the galley staff always has the tools and utensils the guests require. Assists in the set up and break-down of special events, as needed. To consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services. Additional duties and responsibilities are assigned as needed.

Observing all activities on the casino floor. Offering assistance, instruction, and advice to slot players on machine functions and payouts. Being knowledgeable on the various types of slot machines. Correcting minor machine malfunctions including printer errors, bill valuators errors, and make minor slot repairs. Being able to identify major malfunctions and reporting them to the proper department i.e. Slot technicians or machine manufacturers. Handing routine customer complaints and incidents and exhibits the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of immediate results. Identify jackpot transactions, process and complete the promptly, accurately and with a high degree of service. Being well versed in the property events and relaying them to the slot players. Being aware of the possibility of slot cheating methods and able to recognize any potential attempts while on duty. Maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy within departments standards.

Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests, employees, the company and its property. Promotes outstanding guest relations. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Protecting the casino, all employees, and guests of the casino. Guarding all transfers of moneys and tokens on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation chip fills and credits. Interacting with guests and employees in a professional manner and interacts with local law enforcement agencies as required. Patrolling all areas of the casino and hotel. Assisting guests with room keys. Responding to reports of guest or employee injury or illness. Pining out rooms at the direction of supervisors. Preserving the scene of criminal activity for investigators and outside agencies. Utilizing Scan-Exec bar code scanning device to document patrols. Performing table game fills, transports markers to main cage and verifies slot jackpots. Assisting disabled guests with wheelchair escorts. Directing evacuations during emergencies and assisting guests as needed. Assigning keys from Key-Trac system to other associates. Manning the fire control center and lost and found as needed. Performing other duties as assigned.
