Australian Terminal Operations Management is a 50/50 Joint Venture between BP and UGL that operates bulk fuel terminals across Australia. As the HSSE & Operations Excellence Manager my current role leads a team of professionals and includes responsibility for the following:- Oversight of the company enterprise risk management process in accordance with the AS 31000 risk management standard;- Responsibility for setting company HSSEQ standards and the HSSEQ management system;- Responsibility for setting operating standards and the company Operating Management System;- Oversight of the company compliance management process and support for regulatory licences such including EPA and Major Hazard facilities;- Management of the company Crisis management and Emergency Response frameworks and preparedness;- Leading major investigations into incidents that are significant in nature;- Oversight of company insurance provisions and cover;- Liaison with key stakeholders including the board, CEO, regulators, insurers and 3rd parties on behalf of the company;- Strategy development in accordance with ATOM, vision and mission;- Development and submission of tenders for growth opportunities in support of the company's strategic direction;- Monitoring and assurance for the Managing Director and Board on HSSEQ and operating performance.
