The business launched into the ANZ market in 2017. Has created - many market leading positions, teams that outperform consistently, innovative products and solutions, and has built highly successful businesses that are the benchmark amongst many global peers. Well known for translating strategy, be it local, regional or global, into operational success, coupled with the ability to look after the best interests of shareholders, employees and customers. Experienced across: multiple channels; technologies (devices / pharma / OTC / capital / consumables / prostheses / etc); multiple customer types; multiple countries; as well as: sales & marketing; M&A; business development; operations; R&D; innovation; global & regional strategy formation; change programs; info-tech solutions; and virtually all other facets of multinational activity.Extensive director & board experience including being a current non-executive director of Medical Developments International and PolyNovo Limited, both ASX listed companies.
