Noted and reported illegitimate content on their site apparently placed by hacking, including recommendations on mitigation and followup.- Visual identity and branding consultation for local small ecommerce business, including drafting new logo options

Mavens joined Kantar and I joined Analytics UK & Ireland. Fundamentals of role remained the same.- Produced a comprehensively updated set of capability requirements for another re-platforming of primary client's sites, and then supported ongoing triage and rework of this plan as business requirements and budgets fluxed wildly.- Delivered IA and product taxonomy consulting for further FMCG brand transformation projects.- Produced and delivered a comprehensive internal documentation and training package aimed at distributing my SEO skills and knowledge across the team.

First non-founder hire of Mavens, a Research & Strategy Consultancy specialising in digital marketing and communications. Part of the team that grew it from five guys to ~150 and, ultimately, acquisition by global marketing data and analytics leader Kantar.- Audited technical health, information architecture, and SEO performance of large brand websites, leading to many successful 5 and 6-figure pitches for natural and paid search consultancy.- Oversaw website migration and ongoing digital transformation for a multi-billion-dollar Personal Care brand. Largest sub-project relaunched ~100K pages across 65 markets and produced 36% yearly uplift in search traffic globally, valued at $2.2m.- Maintained long-term consulting and reporting relationship with that brand. Wins included:- designed and oversaw implementation of custom error reporting dashboard, consulted on tools for a new maintenance team and provided training and playbooks for use; resulted in >100K fixed error points over the lifetime of the sites, and early warning/prevention of multiple traffic-damaging incidents. - Simplified and communicated complex website performance problems to client management, winning 6 months of specialist work which shaved 3-4 seconds off page load times.- Website migration, taxonomy, and architecture consulting at varying scales for other brands.- Delivered regular campaign performance reporting for FMCG brands over search & social data.- Delivered in-depth market research reporting using search and social data, including an early piece on consumer VR potential for a top 10 entertainment brand.- Selected as expert assessor for European Commission legal judgement. Analysed highly confidential system documentation to improve compliance regime, with good outcomes.
