After working as a trained auto mechanic for 3 years, I changed my profession to become a CNC operator at Ertech Steel, where I worked on offshore and windmill parts ranging from 500kg to 25 tons. Later, I moved to AH Industries, where I continued to work as a CNC operator on similar types of milling projects, but with larger fixtures, such as the 7MW for Siemens and 82 tons. I spent a nice decade working at AH Industries.In 2017, I joined SITECH A/S as a technician, where I had the opportunity to install 2D/3D excavators, dozers, and piling machines and work with surveyor tools. This job was very exciting and allowed me to learn many new and cool things.Eventually, I became the Operations Manager at SITECH, I love the challenges and responsibilities that come with this role, including leadership and communication. The best part of it for me is the opportunity to make changes and improve the work environment for my colleagues.
