Coordinate SD and supplier planning team to fine tune loading combination to maximize tester utilization in QTS. Deal with government affairs with China GA team. Champions of AP Ops cost reduction initiatives across different regions in Asia, Cross regions Operation KPI define/tracking, leading task force for CP/FT/SLT testing utilization CIP.  Outsourced suppliers are in various capital background, Multinational company, Private owned company, Listed company.

 Manage material suppliers to assure material quality. Monitor Supplier Quality through quality report by weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.  Manage material quality through Process Flow, Control & Quality Plan, Cpk report and CIP. Conduct Material Supplier Quality Scorecard & Assessment Program to improve key material quality. Manage and coordinate PCN to Supplier  Periodically Process/Product Audit to suppliers to assure they meet processes and products requirements. Participate in new Supplier Qualifications, lead in Audits and approve First Article buyoff process. Ensure all newly qualified material meet RoHS compliance with supporting MDDS report. New supplier on-boarding qualification and quality certification Manage CAPA issuance to Suppliers.
