Lead Systems Technician
Current• Responsible for configuring, testing, building, and deploying various server systems based on customer’s requirements and specifications• Responsible for troubleshooting and performing Failure Analysis for all customers RMA and WIP products• Set up and modify test stations for technicians to perform IPTV and Video testing of company's video streaming and encoding products.• Responsible for physical inventory of assets and Bill of Materials (BOM) for various products• Provide training for new employees.• Engage with engineering on proposing technical solutions to problems encountered in the manufacturing process.• Assist R&D Engineers and/or teams in the development of new products, materials, processes, or equipment• Modify and update manufacturing and test instructions as processes change and hardware is updated.• Oversee approximately 10 technicians during shift hours to ensure weekly shipment schedules are met.
