Liaise with business users and gather/document user requirements, develop project plans, resource requirements, prepare cost and benefits analysis and sizing estimates. Recruit/interview/select/train/counsel/appraise developers and subordinates. 24x7 pager support for production issues and incidents. Develop complex online and batch programs with multiple interfaces using COBOL, VSAM and CICS. Received very good ratings throughout the time with the company.
