He was the brains behind many major events in Penang, among them were the Penang Waterfront Countdown, Asean Tourism & Fashion Fair, Merdeka 100-Car Convoy, Gymkhana Street Racing, Penang’s Largest World Cup Outdoor Big Screen Viewing, The City of Dreams Run and Penang Songkran Water Festival. Lee is well known for his distinctive and engaging style of property marketing and brokerage. He was invited to give his thoughts and views at various property related forums in the Asian region, namely Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, and others. He has since managed to organise his own property fair, and even launched the first development project known as ‘The City of Dreams’ with Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd. As a great visionary, he has steered the company to the horizon and beyond, achieving one milestone after another.
