Oversee all the technical teams of OpenStack BU, including solution architect, technical service delivery team and project manager team. Operate the team activity daily.3. Be responsible for BU cost. Improving the POC processes and delivery processes. Need to balance the risk and revenue, regular review of opportunities. Also be responsible for project delivery.4. Build the talent team. Support, reward and encourage the top leaders. Staff the solution architects, technical service engineers and project manager.

1. As a solution architect my primary role is to provide private cloud solution to customer. I provide solution and other presales support while we are still in early stage in sales circle. I cover all aspects of OpenStack and my expertise is on Storage and Networking.2. I’m also the team lead of implementation team. There were 3 projects directly under my daily monitor. I review the implementation solution/procedure and assign to deployment engineers. Also, I need to help troubleshoot on block issues. In a word, I’m responsible for the project delivering.3. Besides, as a member of a startup, I also need to engage all the technical work, which include: do laboratory experiment to verify new solution before presenting to client; help troubleshoot technical issue when deployment team calls; plan the project timeline for deployment team, and etc..

1. Solution qualification. Lead team to test and certify the interoperability and integration of EMC’s products with products from industry partners. Initial duties include leading a team to install and manage a qualification system/environment, identify and document product deficiencies, and work with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues found. 2. Project scope: New technology and network protocols (FC/FCoE/iSCSI/Ethernet). My major workload is at OpenStack projects (over 80% workload for 3 years).3. Lead team to work on OpenStack projects:o Discuss with presales/developer/PM to identify the qualification test scope/schedule etc. Design test cases. o Install latest version of OpenStack from bare-metal in manual wayo Lead a team deploy a third party CI system, to do the certification for EMC cinder plugins on several EMC storage. This task requires a lot of bash scripting.o Prepare the environment of POC which happen in the US.o Provide verification report and tech book to internal team and customer.o Assist customer to troubleshoot their OpenStack issues.o Build up the OpenStack team from only 1 engineer to 7, with hands-on technical training. 4. Lead switch projects (FC/FCoE/iSCSI/Ethernet): Lead to test the interoperability and integration of EMC’s products with products from industry partners (Cisco Nexus, Brocade FOS switch and NOS (VDX) switch).

1. Post-sales support for IBM NAS storage product. Level 3 support. 2. Work together with client team and service team on complex problem fix. Provide urgent support for severity 1 case. 3. Identify the skills gap of front office and field engineers, and provide skill training accordingly. 4. Expert knowledge on NAS and SAN storage. 5. Fixed lots of complex issues which related to other product like Oracle, Linux, AIX, PowerVM, VMware, MS Exchange and SQL cluster, Windows domain, and etc.6. Fixed lots of storage performance issue because of HW failure or customer's wrong configuration. Also do lots of performance tunning cases. 7. Setup and maintain lab environment for whole PFE team, including HW, SW and network environment. Application includes VMware/ESXi, VMware VC, Window domain, MS Exchange cluster, MS SQL server, Oracle cluster, GPFS and etc.

Office and manufactory network management, including WAN, Cisco 3750/4506/6509 switches, Cisco routers, Cisco Call Manager (VoIP system), Cisco Call Center, Cisco PIX, Cisco wireless, Packetshaper (Wan traffic shaping device), Cacti, netscout, and etc.

--Providing advanced presale technical support to GCG front office engineers.--Providing advanced postsale technical support as a member of GCG support team.--Technical lead of IBM BladeCenter troubleshooting, and network related problems of System x servers in GCG, including providing problem determination of failed servers/components.

--Providing network solution and IT consulting service to customer. --Troubleshooting LAN problems in customer environment.
