- Built-up new inbound organization in China/APAC with focus on Processes, Organization and IT.- Fully responsible for production material delivery from material suppliers (more than 600 suppliers global + domestics) to 4 Volvo plants in China including 3 car manufactures and 1 engine plant. - Final concept and decision on an optimized EU consolidation network structure (no. and location of consolidation centers, port of loading).- Definition and implementation of an optimized consolidation management processes: material flows from global consolidation center in Gent, Belgium to all Volvo plants and RDC in China.- Support Customs strategy and operating model in China: support for launch bonded manufacture for Volvo plant in China.- Daily operation for different transport models: air, sea, railway and road including FTL, LTL, Milkrun, JIT/JIS and EB (external batch).

- Fully responsible for Qoros Vehicle Logistics Operations both for domestics and overseas market. - Changshu plant responsibility to ensure timely and correct Plant Vehicle Logistics infrastructure development, plant vehicle compounds, vehicle security measures etc.- Take lead responsibility for designing, procuring and operating Qoros vehicle/ material transportation networks- The contract holder for vehicle logistics 3PL services operating both at the Changshu Manufacturing plant and within the external transportation network.- Act as the main logistics stakeholder in establishing Qoros Import/export Customs procedures and the activities to secure a full vehicle export license for Qoros export.- Responsible for budgets and cost performance of the vehicle transportation networks.

- Managing and developing a professional logistics organization of more than 70 persons in 4 different locations within China.- Accomplish business goals and objectives set for inbound, outbound and package business for Volvo Logistics China- Building the good business partnership with the customers with high customer satisfaction.- Developing and maintaining the relationships with Customs, CIQ, Tax Bureau and other local authorities.

- Taking the region role as outbound leader of East Asia- Guiding and support Volvo products, process and services implementation in China, India, Korea and Thailand- Secured outbound business profitability in East Asia.- Established and developed the big team in the region with well people management.Volvo Cars - Outbound logistics /finished vehicle distribution for local build cars from Chongqing to all dealers. - Imported CBU handling from Shanghai port to all dealers allover in China including port handling, customs& CIQ clearance, yard management, PDI and delivery.- Compound service: car storage, PDI service- accessories installation for S80L including Navigation, DVD, Park assist camera and Cooler box. PAG (Ford/ Jaguar & Land Rover)- Domestic transportation for market event activities: including: test driving, exhibition/brand events. Volvo Truck- The distribution for CBU imported trucks in China including Customs &CIQ clearance, storage/ yard management, PDI and Jockey service. Volvo Construction Equipment- Imported Excavator handling from Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangzhou Ro-Ro terminals including port handling, customs & CIQ process, yard management and distribution.
