•Role: help managing projects for different applications in papermaking process: retention, drainage, sizing, deformer, dry strength resin, microbiology control, etc.•Responsibilities: - Working in R&D for products development: deformer, pitch dispersant, enzyme. - Technical support in the manufacture of new chemical product in the plant. - Developpe new product from the lab, scale up in the plant and to marketing- Experience and field lab testing with different chemistry: polymer, deformer emulsion, dry strength resin, biocide, GPAM, PVAM, enzyme, rosin, coagulant, silicon, etc and establish a marketing strategy.- Technical support, troubleshooting and problem solving for field evaluation.- Statistical analysis with six sigma tool JMP, Minitab.
