As a Co-founder, managed 10 persons in different teams with functions as:1, Merchandiser Team- sourcing different product according to the buyer requested- order follow up with suppliers and clients2, Design Team- worked with oversea designer to development product, product package- worked with supplier to make the mock up sample during the R&D step3, Quality Team- Clarify the quality requirement with the client- Ensure the product can meet market / customer requirement, before the production,- Production quality control- Pre-shipment quality control by random final inspection4, Admin and financial - Office administration- Office expense- Human resource

Manage the production team in whole China for all the product categories, which focus on below activities:1, Factory evaluation and improvement programs• Audit the production sites proposed by the merchandising teams.• Provide suggestions, and follow the implementation of corrective actions.• Write audit reports• Identify factories weaknesses and hidden potentials2, During-Production audits & controls• Conducting controls during mass-production, including production lineaudit, process evaluation, and random product inspection3, Project follow-up• Cooperate with Quality Engineers and Merchandisers to follow large-scale projects• Follow production status, including raw material delivery, subassembly,final assembly, and controls schedules• Provide alerts and recommendations about those schedules and quality related risks.

Manager the quality assurance team in Casino Guangzhou office.
