• Responsible for China AI & Accelerator (Flex GPU, Max GPU, Gaudi) design-wins and revenue. Started the Intel China AI & Accelerator business from scratch, successfully to grow AI revenue significantly and drive multiple Accelerator Design- Wins in 1 year. Won 3 Intel Global Recognition Award and 10+ Intel Division Recognition Award.Detail responsibilities include:- Set up and executed GTM strategy, delivered sales strategy to field sales teams and represented China team to regular review China business with HQ leaders.- Drove to build and maintain OxM design-wins pipeline and End-User pipeline, directly explored opportunities along with sales teams, initiated and drove pricing program and sales incentive program, managed funds to accelerate business including create GTM contents/host workshops/etc.- Coordinated with MKT team to set up MKT strategy and polish messages, supported MKT campaigns, hosted workshops and presented at 30+ industry events. • Drove China Intel AI ecosystem enabling. As the key driver to initiate and execute Intel AI Programing Day program (Intel AI实践日https://bizwebcast.intel.cn/aiprogrammingday/list.html ). Collaborated with AI ecosystem partners (Baidu, Google GDG, 4Paradigm, Baiyulan Open AI Lab, Najing University, etc) to influence China AI developers and set up China Intel AI developer ecosystem. During the two and a half years of execution (2020.6-2022.12), total engaged 68 events/webinars, influenced 700k+ developers, created 100+ courses, 15 Intel teams were involved.

• Represented as engineering window to consolidate Intel resource to address customer issues and innovation opportunities for PC Client products. Worked out to set up the engineering support model with customers and executed. • Drove execution for projects' engagement - review customer’s product spec and schedule, make risk assessment and mitigation plan, monitor project status all along the design phase until goes mass production. Won Intel GRA Awards due to the flawless enablement for a specific project.• Maintained very good relationship with customer’s RD team. Won SRA award twice a year because of the well-received customer compliment and satisfaction.
