1、Sourcing and collect new fabrics according to the company’s strategy and fashion trends. 2、Visit the suppliers, introduce the company’s brand story, bulk quality requirements and fabric inspection standards, visit supplier’s samples room and production workshops, well know their production range and production ability, classify and evaluate the suppliers, optimize the supply chain.3、Communicated with overseas designers, for the new design concepts and develop requirement, provide corresponding suggestions and strategies; for the nominated fabric, analyze the potential risk, strengthen communicate with designer team and production team, early warning of the risks, provide operational suggestion, ensure the company’s interests; Investigate the situation of domestic fabric fair, accompany with designers select samples in the fair, face to face communicate with designers to get the their idea and wanted.4、Coordinate the relationship between nominated suppliers and garment factories. Solve the problem in bulk, clarify the responsible and discuss solutions together with them. Monitor bulk production to make sure bulk delivery on time.5、Responsible for fabric department daily work, optimize fabric development and purchase process, improve work efficiency. Study new professional knowledge, well know different kinds of fabric like cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, blends ect, well know spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing process, analysis potential risk of fabric, arrange supplier make lab dips, strike off, handloom and sampling roll. Negotiate fabric price and payment terms, make sure bulk in good quality and cheaper price.

1、Maintain company’s customer, understand customer’s requirement, responsible fabric sourcing and development, recommend new samples every seasons.2、Organize and update fabric information like price, MOQ , follow fabric development and provide good service, make sure customer place order.3、Monitor bulk production after receive bulk order, fast report big problems to manager during bulk production, arrange fabric inspection when bulk finished.
