We are spread over 3000 locations in 900 cities in 120 countries.As the Area Sales Manager for Sri Lanka my responsibility are Handling Regus Business Centres & drive the overall profitability of each centre assigned. Driving Sales & focusing on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service. Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centres success through P&L management. Drives revenue for Regus by effectively and consistently maximizing all service revenue. Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin & customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction and retention metrics, maintain & develop existing customer relationships.Ensures the centre team is delivering exceptional customer service and customers needs are handled effectively and efficiently. Responsible for Centre Development engaging & leading team development & motivation, recruitment, inducting& training. Accountable & Responsible for Team Performance & Results - set clear performance expectations for each team member. Leading regular meetings, clear communication & briefing centre team on team objectives, daily workflow, prioritizing and delegating work to meet deadlines and customer needs. Conducting One to one meetings with centre team members, setting individual targets and timelines for completion.
