I am a 25-years-old with a great personality and well-rounded work ethics. My job experience started when I was 16. At that time, I started working at Allways Towing, our family business situated in RSA every school vacation for a week. At Allways Towing I was hired as a general worker, I did any and all jobs that was needed of me. My time at Allways Towing taught me the importance of safety in and around the workplace as well as the importance of communication, also that no type of work is beneath me as each employee has a role to fill regardless how small it seems. After school, I immigrated to Namibia and soon after started working at Western National Insurance as a Claims Consultant. My work as an insurance Claims Consultant taught me the value of time management and the importance of always being professional while communicating, it also taught me patience and to keep calm in demanding situations.From moving on and becoming a broker I learned the importance of time management and to always keep a client’s best interests at heart. I will also fight for my clients and ensure great service, accurate records and timely management of portfolios. I had to deal with head of departments on a regular basis and also well know and established clients, even with these esteemed individuals I still hold my own and stand my ground as I believe in my work.After being a brokerage manager, I moved my career path over to ITC, here I was taught that changes happen everyday and everyday is an opportunity to learn something and progress yourself and your knowledge. I also have to maintain big clients and visit their premises everyday and deal with various types of issues from something small like a printer installation or something big like installing an AD server and moving all existing users over to said AD.I also have had the pleasure of utilizing both my insurance and IT knowledge to get a client insurance complaint for Cyber Security Insurance.I am an expert in working under immense pressure and dealing with difficult clients. I think I would be a fantastic addition to the company and any position that it offers me, not only because of my experience till now, but because I am steadfast and never give up. I perform under pressure. I am willing to learn any number of skills required to make me an excellent employee and I am a fast learner, I am willing to help wherever I can, I am able to do any type of work.I am hungry for work.
