Leon completed a bachelor of science in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention. He is also a qualified masseuse and has a particular interest in postural dysfunction and corrective exercise. In 2011 Leon began working within private rehabilitation and initially worked for a large rehabilitation firm where he focused on motor case management. This involved working alongside both claimant and defendant solicitors in order to coordinate treatment and manage injury. As Leon progressed within case management he began managing public liability cases alongside his motor portfolio. In his time at Zurich Insurance, Leon became a point of contact for municipal and global corporate claim handlers. His portfolio of work was a mixture of major broker and global corporate customers. Leon has a post graduate certificate in Vocational Rehabilitation with an emphasis on the fundamentals of rehabilitation, ergonomics and human factors.
