Biography for Dr. Leon K. McCrayDr. Leon K. McCray serves as Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Sperry Van Ness. He is known as the Investor’s Realtor – specializing in income-producing commercial assets of multi-family, assisted living facilities, industrial properties and property management. His professional career as a Licensed Commercial Realtor began in 2004 with Coldwell Banker in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, where he has been instrumental in helping clients buy, sell, lease, assessing project viability, structuring deals and finding hidden value to meet the requirements of the customer. He is an investor in residential properties, businesses and commercial real estate, which he has been doing since 2001. Prior to Dr. McCray’s real estate career, he served in the Federal Government for 28 years, holding positions as Associate Director for Small Business, Division Chief and Branch Chief of multiple offices within the Army and DoD. He holds Masters Degrees in Information Resource Management from Central Michigan Univ. and National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and a Bachelor in Management from Nation-Louis Univ.
