Recruitment• Fosters and maintains relationships with high school and Junior College coaches in order to recruit prospective student athletes.• Serves as principal football recruiter for prospective student athletes from 34 different states and navigates recruitment process with limited resources and travel. • Adept in scholarship negotiation and assists potential student athletes with academic decision-making. • Monitors athletic industry trends to establish a diversified team and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
