Over 20 years experience in ERP implementation and development. My core skills are within solution design, CRM/ERP application development/deployment, business systems and process management. After many years of working across a large company as a CRM/ERP Application Specialist, I have an in-depth knowledge of tailoring and developing application solutions to streamline business operations. During my time at Cobham I was working on global CRM system as part of the Cobham’s 360-customer view. This system was designed to provide Cobham with a worldview of their sales forecasting, customer service, marketing activities and KPI/performance metrics.

As the IT and ERP programme manager I was responsible for the successful migration from Microsoft Great Plains to a unified ERP solution called Access Supply Chain. The system was a full ERP platform providing everything from order entry to despatch.
