• Provided IT support to over 40 users in a high visibility role in a high stakes environment by configuring and troubleshooting Cisco's Webex teleconferencing platform, Microsoft Windows machines, software, hardware.
• Reviewed and published weekly reports of Authorized Service Interruptions and distributed them throughout the organization to ensure 100% awareness of planed service outages.
• Performed weekly encryption loading operations for the organization's communication network while maintaining accountability of sensitive encryption keys leading to increased security and communication availability.
• Utilized Aruba Networks software and WAPs to manage the local LAN supporting over 100 users.
• Developed approved policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure continuity and uniformity across teams within the organization.

• Implemented military satellite communications LAN's to support up to 100 users on both encrypted and unencrypted networks utilizing Cisco hardware within legacy WIN-T satellite communication terminals.
• Troubleshot Cisco and other routers and switches by utilizing console ports, command line interface, and physical methods to ensure efficient and stable networks with minimal downtime and interruptions.
• Assisted in developing network SOPs that were adopted by the organization to encourage uniformity across all networks and teams across the organization.
• Provided reports on network health, security, and user numbers to leadership to ensure that leadership stayed informed and were able to make appropriate network decisions.
