Having completed a technical degree in mechanics and two years of undergraduate studies in nursing, I began my career working as an intern at Celso Pierro Hospital in Campinas - SP (Brazil). Transitioning to the industrial and operational sector, I took on a role at a relative’s company as an administrative assistant, where I performed a wide range of tasks in both administrative and operational areas. My responsibilities spanned across production management, design, maintenance, construction, property management, purchasing, logistics, sales, and forklift operation. Additionally, I gained international experience and developed a hands-on approach to leadership in various industrial settings. I left the company after encountering an unsatisfactory and unethical agreement.Further enhancing my practical skills, I gained experience in painting, packing, public relations, and IT services.Currently, I hold the position of Chief Production Officer (CPO) at Artsol, where I function as a key leader, operating in a capacity that closely aligns with the executive level. I manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and the optimization of all production processes. I oversee procurement, workforce management, and operational logistics while working in close coordination with sales, IT, and public relations to ensure seamless integration across departments. My role also extends to driving the company's growth, implementing strategic innovations in production technology, operational efficiency, and market expansion. My expertise in areas such as forklift operation, sales, IT, and cross-functional leadership allows me to contribute to the company's vision beyond production, positioning me as a vital part of Artsol’s administrative leadership.I am actively seeking opportunities abroad or potential investors for Artsol to further scale our operations and global reach.

VolunteerCentro Infantil Boldrini Sep 2015 - Mar 2023Campinas, São Paulo, BrazilI began my journey as a volunteer at the Boldrini Child Cancer Hospital way back in 2015, when I was at the youthful age of 15 and joined the youth force. This was thus the first phase of my involvement, in general, indirect support to the hospital: working on campaigns, collections, working with schools, and community outreach for support. This experience, ranging from the long hours of patient care to administration and dealing with the day-to-day rigors of employee conflicts, afforded me the ability to really firm up a base in organizational and communication skills. In 2019, a change occurred: from that time on, duties had extended, and already I'm working directly within the hospitalization section. It was an opportunity for me to assist in direct hospitality for the children, a very rewarding job within my volunteering journey. This was attained by giving the material support in the form of distributing the products and providing play and activities, and by providing companionship. I also developed and implemented activities that would be of help in fostering interaction between the children and their families, all these to make the hospital experience between the two entities better. The direct communication with patients and their family, to me, was indeed the crystal clear point where I understood how important emotional support is in the nuances of pediatric care. Time at Boldrini has been formative in shaping my approach to compassionate service and only furthered my dedication to being a positive force in the lives of people struggling with medical challenges. -
Nurse InternHospital Puc-Campinas Mar 2021 - Oct 2021Campinas, São Paulo, BrazilThe Celso Pierro Hospital had a very unique role that tied my nursing profession with administrative duties, specifically focusing on the Contagious Diseases Department. As a clerical employee in this important field, I had to work with very detailed patients' records, work in between the communications of the medical staff, and assure that all procedures regarding health and safety were followed exactly. This has really built me in terms of organization and the need for accuracy and details in health setups. My tenure at the hospital went on to further enlighten my knowledge of nursing practices and even filled me with great respect for the kind of complexities that are part of the management of contagious diseases. My decision to resign from this post came as I have chosen to stop my studies in nursing—a very carefully taken step, on my part.
