As the divisions Manager, I was responsible for managing the Project Managers/Staff within the Tradeshow division, as well as the overall budget management and execution of each event. I worked closely with the clients Designers and Sales teams to help design and engineer what was required, which included all pre-planning, pre-production and quality control for each event, and working with my team of Industry Veterans to ensure we installed, executed and operated a successful show!
