Managed, coached, and developed a team of fifty or more soldiers on shift while implementing the Army Food Service Program. Communicate policies to soldiers, maintain compliance and consistency, and take corrective action when needed. Deliver results through policy guidance, education and mitigation strategies to help meet business demands. Analyze data, conducts audits and identify trends to create actionable plans to mitigate risk.

Monitored inmates activities, search for contraband(weapons or drugs), enforced the rules through disciplinary actions. Supervised inmates work assignments, settled disputes between inmates, end violent confrontations or fight between inmates. Ensure the safety of other institutional employees and visitors. Prepare prompt and complete reports relative to workplace violence, theft, critical incidents and process improvement.
