From a young age I have always been involved with security in one way or another, in the late 90's & again in 2008 I was in the British Army. I have also been part of a security team in retail (in-house) and now in the private security industry as a Door Supervisor. All in all 15+ year’s experience.Since 2013 I have been working for 3 companies in Brighton at a variety of venues, events, sites and more recently with ConSec Risk Management in the capacity of Operations Assistant on a two weeks on/off rotation with another company called UK Protection working in a jewellery shop as a Security Officer. Over the years I have gained invaluable experience, some of these including: Dynamic Risk Assessments, Report Writing, Communication Skills, Reading Body Language, Managing Conflicts, Staff Rotas, Recruitment and Training.
