I manage assets as an eToro popular investor. EToro is an online broker, which brands itself as a social investment platform. The Popular Investor Program is a feature created by eToro, allowing public profiles of individual investors to be copied, putting those investors in position to manage copiers’ assets. Some of my notable accomplishments are:- I attained a return of 67.13% in 2020 to date, exceeding goals of 30%-50% listed on my profile, - I led a profile with assets under management of over $80,000, and had the most copied account in Slovenia,- I delivered the desired return for investors, encouraging retention especially during the plummeting stock market in March 2020. I ensured positive communication with investors by preparing detailed plans, amounting to monthly returns of 29.71%, 4.18%, 8.45%, 9.93%, 18.52%, -3.03% and 1.70% in October.I continue to manage assets on eToro and see myself in this position permanently, since the work required can be spread evenly and does not clash with my schoolwork, hobbies and other employment.

I worked on the development of Google Gemini, reviewing the responses from the AI chatbot in order to improve the AI's performance. I also acted as primary auditor on the Slovenian team, reviewing the quality of work of my colleagues and participated in the quality assessment team's alignment meeting, as well as leading the communications between the teams for the Slovenian team.

I gave quick pitches on the street, persuading people to donate and support Amnesty International Slovenia. I worked in teams of 2-5 and was also responsible for mentoring new team members. I was responsible for raising money, achieving high productivity, as well as dealing with rejections whilst maintaining positive and trusting sales methods.I coordinated teamwork and gained experience in using soft skills required for persuasion, handling rejections, emotional intelligence.I learned the intricacies of a professional environment requiring teamwork and the challenges associated with that, such as motivating other team members, when they are having a tough day, maintaining a solid rapport with members and keeping the morale of the team high in the long run.
