Led the proactive and reactive maintenance, processes and operations of M+E teams across London in large format and convenience sites• Implementation of Maintenance operation in our London Convenience and large format stores to budgets of £3m revenue and capital• Confirming preventive maintenance is carried out proactively and reactively in high customer foot fall stores• Heading up staff of 25 executing planned capital asset replacement is actioned whilst being mindful our customer is not affected or impacted• Refresh and opening of 18 stores across the estate on planned development programs• Ensuring our stores are safe, legal and compliant using internal and external contractors and teams• Working in collaboration with our India call centre within operations and data analysis to maintain continuous improvement in the field operation

• Led operation of store and compliance as well as control of stock and execute promotions change in line with retail planner• Auditing of operation in store to comply with law, regulations and best practise• Oversee seasonal changes to meet £250k weekly sales and manage operational cost to reflect targets• Manage weekly product category moves and exit strategy of underperforming lines• Guide team of colleagues to be empowered and reactive to customers’ needs whilst delivering cost lines• Apply change program for auto capacity project allowing system to be reactive to customer’s data captured via clubcard and allowing colleagues to be more customer facing.

• Direct the stores day to day serving of customers and routines• Implement the new structure of Team leaders within the store in functional areas• Oversee remodel of the store including new Timpson unit, restructure of bakery and delicatessen counters and launch of self-service tilling system• Responsible for upskilling of Trainee management over 12 week fast track period• Safeguard Delivery routines for the store warehouse turnaround including recycling, training and stock reconciliation• Confirm safe working during trading periods specifically replenishment routine, cleaning and maintenance.
