• Recruitment - posting job adverts, screening CV’s, conducting phone screening, setting up interviews, conducting reference checks, booking pre-employment medicals, declining unsuccessful candidates etc• Onboarding – active management of all outstanding onboarding activity, actively engaging with new starters and hiring managers to ensure all onboarding activity is completed• New hire documentation – assisted with drafting offers and variations to employment, monitor receipt of signed offers, commenced onboarding activity, payroll liaison• Payroll support calls – drafting new hire set up, terminations and variations. Liaison with external payroll provider including participating in monthly SLA calls• Maintaining digital and hard personnel files• Special project – assisted with MOJ recheck, ensuring all existing personnel and new hires completed MOJ paperwork, submitted to MOJ, actively managed receipt and any necessary outcome• Special project – NZTA Drivers Licence database, assisted with data cleanse project. Removed past employees from NZTA database, contacted employees to source D/L details and updated the database, maintained a record of those without drivers’ licences
