CurrentAs a Business Consultant to one of MediaBase’s biggest clients, BMW UK, I am currently playing a key role in developing an end-to-end marketing campaign. I am also researching, designing, planning and implementing data-driven marketing initiatives to collect CRM core objectives for driving and reporting continued marketing activity through an automated system.Key contributions include:- Defined robust policies to improve quality and integrity of the entire multi-million record dataset for reporting - Integrated an automated Cloud based Data Cleanse solution, including innovative routines for clients to improve their data quality and accuracy - Transformed traditional linear campaign management solution into a multi-channel digital campaign delivery solution within a £100k budget- Improved efficiency by streamlining internal work structures, reorganising SOPs and deploying effective management techniques- Achieved full compliance with data processing and non-disclosure agreements and managed change effectively following the introduction of GDPR- Developed a residential prospect database for 154 BMW and MINI dealers nationwide, segmented by Brand, Series and Retailer area of influence, enabling the creation of a targeted prospect pool that delivered an automated system for retailers to purchase prospect data - Created bespoke CRM reports for daily distribution across BMW UK and Munich and managed the seamless CRM transition from Top Drive to Carmen
