As Chief Customer Officer, I want every Twinkl member to have the best experience possible. I oversee several areas, including Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience, which provides 24/7 support to educators across the world. As a former primary school teacher and parent, I can genuinely empathise with and relate to the needs of Twinkl’s customers. I have always been a huge champion of Twinkl’s work in helping educators and enhancing children’s learning experiences and this year launched Twinkl’s ‘Year of Wellbeing’ to help school communities focus on their health and happiness. I have also led on various areas of support that Twinkl has offered during school closures, including the creation of a free home learning hub that offers daily activities, lessons and resources.
