With 40 years of work experience in the financing industry, I am a seasoned and passionate professional who specializes in providing leases and other forms of financing for an array of capital equipment. As the Managing Member of Three Point Capital, I lead a team who work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and offer customized and flexible financing solutions that fit their budgets and timelines. I value integrity, innovation, and collaboration, and strive to create long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and investor/lenders, all of which we consider, partners.In my current role, I utilize my skills to evaluate the creditworthiness, profitability, and risk factors of each financing opportunity, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the contracts. I also oversee the servicing, and collections of the leases and loans, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. I have successfully closed multiple financings with national and regional clients across various industries, such as technology, healthcare, clean technology and industrial, allowing all stakeholders to mutually benefit.
