Information Technology Architecture Manager
CurrentResponsible for a unified communications architecture, engineering and design function, aligning products and services with business and technology strategies in accordance with NWG architecture and design governance framework.Technology Strategy - Contribute to domain technology roadmaps and influence bank strategy for new and emerging UC products and services.Technology Adoption - Primary point of contact for the introduction of new UC technology and tech adoption process.Technology Standards - Author and/or maintain AED artefacts that include but not limited to standards, build documents, product and technology roadmaps.Lifecycle Management - Hardware and software lifecycle management of UC products, components and services.Capacity Reviews - Proactive review of UC resources and services to ensure they meet current and future business requirements.Platform Vulnerability & Risk Management - Review and manage emerging risks & vulnerabilities across the UC portfolio.Consultancy and Collaboration - Provide consultancy services and ad hoc guidance to the business, operations and project teams. Recommend appropriate UC products and services to deliver successful outcomes.Architecture Simplification & Optimisation - Initiating service improvement plans/proposals to realise architectural benefits, superior user experience, reduced TCO and enhanced resilience.Engineer.
