Orchestrated a balance between simplification & innovation to drive WW process convergence & improvements. 7 factories are already converted to a single global standard process with 15 more factories along with 2000+ partners pending onboarding. • Managed design, development, and deployment of HP’s most ambitious digital transformation initiative to replace 14 legacy ERP platforms with a single SAP S/4 HANA Cloud. $110B in revenue onboarded with 50% efficiency gain and 30% faster in NPI (New Product Introduction). • Supervised partner systems integration including Online Stores, Instant Ink Cloud, ODMs, LSPs, CMs, Suppliers, and In-house MFG in US, SGP, China, India, Taiwan, EMEA, Mexico.• Responsible for planning, prioritization, and execution of company’s Plan of Record/Action (POR) with special focuses on innovation and transformation of Procurement, and Manufacturing. • Built cross functional teams & delivered innovative solutions to enable new business possibilities for Disruptive Technologies.• Handled sudden Supply Chain disruptions caused by Tariff, COVID-19, Tax, & component shortages. Successfully implemented International Direct Ship models to ensure steady flow of products and services to WW customers – PC shipments exceeded 690M units, not to mention Printing devices.• Responsible for employee goal setting, performance evaluation, and talent management.• Managed $3M additional innovation budget for new business opportunities, risk mitigations, & BCP.
