Majority of our business is online and I work with a team of e-commerce experts on strategies on digital to help us deliver high level of digitalisation to the business and at the same time reducing TCO for our focus clients.My role requires me to manage the business and meet the objectives set for the Malaysian market and deliver the targets set across the sales, marketing, operation, finance and customer satisfaction functions. My role includes P&L Management .I hv teams based locally in MY, SEA and also in APAC supporting the business .Familiar with the international business ecosystem and work with stakeholders around the world in meeting the groups targets and KPI's.
