I started out at Kampert-nauta and it's IT department later got merged with Sparkles' IT department. Across these 5 years I've worked in 3 different scrum teams in which we developed and maintained web applications and related (micro)services and tools. In the legacy applications we did this in c# .net using webforms, MVC with razor, and javascript/vue.js. With the newer projects we moved on to using .net core in combination with angular.I also had an active rol as scrum master which resulted in me getting 2 scrum.org certificates.

Together with Edwin Hattink we made an hour registration web application which replaced an complicated excel sheet. The application helped the company keep track of normal working hours, overtime hours and extra paid hours for working on a sunday/saturday or holiday. This helped the company calculate project costs and (extra) employee wages.

During this internship I developed a program which would read data from an ERP system. Pas it all through a certain calculation which used to be done manually costing several days for a few employees. And then display the results in a web page for the end users to see. This application helped the company to be able to do this process more frequently (from once a year to each month) . Which helped with their business decision making.During this period I also learning allot about scrum from the company's certified scrum coach which came to good use further down my career. I also tried to develop the required application in a RAD tool the company was experimenting with. But this was eventually deemed unsuitable resulting in me switching to conventional software development in c# asp.net
