Over Twenty-five years of experience in maintenance management and reliability roles ranging from general maintenance to computer servicing to oil field artificial lift systems. Over Twenty years of experience supporting Artificial Lift systems (primarily Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) systems) in several oil field environments ranging from conventional to SAGD/Thermal operations. During this time have worked within both Production Engineering and Completions teams completing application, design and reliability analysis of down-hole pumping systems. Actively led and/or participated in numerous research and development projects relating to ESP systems and have influenced several key equipment design improvements which have benefited my organization and industry at large. Proficient at training and development and have authored several internal and external training courses to share my knowledge and experience.Experienced in inventory and supply contract management. Excellent organizational and workflow management skills.Experienced in artificial lift reliability utilizing methodical root cause failure analysis process to ascertain the cause of equipment and/or process failures including using reliability and run life analysis tools and key performance indicators for use in tracking equipment performance. Proficient in mentorship, training and development of personnel both in a National workforce environment and in more conventional work environments to support development of individuals in becoming fully job qualified and able to grow in their roles within the organization.Experienced with the use and management of several data management systems including an Electrical Submersible Pump reliability tracking system and SAP.Strong computer skills including the use of database systems, reporting applications and standard office suites. Also have extensive experience with most of the major ESP/PCP design software packages.Active volunteer within my community as well as in industry SPE, API & ISO. Participating/chairing sessions in SPE Regional and International events including Vice-Chair of 2017 SPE-GCS ESP Symposium, Chair of 2019 SPE-GCS ESP Symposium and ESP Chair of the 2020 SPEI Artificial Lift Conference and Exhibition, Committee member/co-author of API 11S1 4th Edition, ISO 15551-1 2015 and Co-Chair of ISO 15551-1 2023 5-year review.
