I teach, mentor, direct, guide, groom, and motivate freshmen to seniors, kids, ages 14-18. My soul purpose is to develop young citizens to be the best that they can be in life. I prepare them for " right now", I ensure they finish high school, respect their parents, love their family, trust, and care for their siblings. At Rickover Naval Academy High.

As a Military High School Instructor, I am responsible, and entrusted with the care of over 640, High School, young men, and women where education is our first and foremost endeavor. Their age and grade are in the ranges of 14-18 years old, and 9th through the 12th grade. My 24/7, 365 day, 12 month engagement with our children include, but are not limited.

Responsible for the dailly routine, training, mamangement, leading, guiding, project management, morale, and welfare of employees. Oversight of special projects, equal opportunity.
