1.According to the forecast of Marketing, coordinate with R&D, Planning&Logistics,Production,Maintenance,Purchasing and Quality to industrialize new products(High Pressure HOSE), define manpower, capacity, scrap, package, upload BOM&Routing into SAP, create WI,PFMEA,CP, training to all related supervisors, operators before SOP.2.Hold a weekly\monthly meeting with Global IE and R&D to discussion the Tech. issue during the industrialization and process to create the correct action and follow up.3.Reconstruction for workshop, keep update plant's layout, reduce CT of each station, define material flow together with logistics, increase productivity4.Analysis the OEE, find the losses, define action plan to increase。5.Participate daily operation meeting, confirm output of last 24hours,define action for related back orders, discuss the quality&machine&material issues。6.Establish procedures of engineering change, tooling design and management, new product launch.7.Work with purchasing on machine buying, setup, commissioning, approval and handover to maintenance and production department.8.To define the department target and budget according to the company level’s strategy.9.Hold weekly and monthly department meeting to analysis deviation of KPI, create action plan, support team for problem solving and improvement project。(Use tool of 6Sigma,DAMIC,DOE)10.Support and work together with maintenance for machine repair, support EHS to achieve EHS standard11.Modify and improve machine capability according to process requirement, work together with R&D to update the constructions where necessary12.Review weekly and monthly internal and external quality complain, work together with quality, production and maintenance to discuss the root cause and define action, and updated PFMEA \ CP.13.Online tools management and design changed for fixture quick changed14.Support Quality department for yearly ISO9001 audit.15.AREQ(fixed assets) application and yearly online checking.

1.Arrange production base on production plan. Effectively organize resources to finish production plan in time. Track and report the production status regularly.2.Planning headcount according to production plan. Responsible for operators training on production. Responsible for daily performance of production staffs.3.Control production material consumptions. Continuously improve process stability and capability, improve operator skills to decrease material cost. Responsible for Material Usage Variance of work orders. 4.Monitor regular production consumable material，periodically inventory check and order to guarantee routine production, as well as continuous improve the safety stock of consumable materials. 5.followed in production. Report incidents and support incident investigation. Responsible for floor 5S。 6.Ensure production processes and SOP strictly followed in production. Arrange technician and operators to finish daily/weekly/monthly maintenance in time. 9.Support HR department on human management. Need responsible for the establishment of post assessment and refresh assessment, as well as the regular performance review for operators.
