I established Floworx Services, trading as Floworx Plumbing & Gas in December 2017; after 18 years within the industry it was time to make the move & step out on my own.I am a highly driven individual who strives for the best within myself. Not one to baulk at a challenge I took on roles that enabled me to gain experience in all areas of my trade as well as insight into various other associated trades. This lead onto various roles from supervising to design & estimating, QA and Project Management for various sized companies throughout WA.I am passionate about providing people with an innovative yet practical layout for their project and have the ability to think outside the square when assisting with the design & construct phase.As a stickler for detail my work is always neat and of the highest quality, this is also filtered down to any employee or apprentice that we have on board.I am proud to say the first 12 months have been very successful and am looking forward to 2019 where our primary focus is on fit outs.

As a Project Manager I supervised various projects and it was here that I truly learnt what it takes to run a successful project.A selection of projects which I was a part of include; the Optus Stadium, Perth City underground Bus port Terminal, the Narrogin Health Campus, Bethesda Hospital Expansion.Managing these projects taught me new, and allowed me to hone my existing skillset - from managing budgets, personnel and liaising with various stake holders and authorities to procuring machinery, equipment and materials to ensure the projects success.

Within the Design & Estimating role for Cooke & Dowsett I was successful in winning various projects, most notable were the Karntama Mine Site Village, the new Dockers Training Facility in Cockburn, numerous buildings within the Kings Square precinct and the Whitfords City Shopping Centre redevelopment. Additionally, within the role I became adept at using drawing programmes such as Blue Beam and Revitt.

This role took my career and knowledge to the next level; working with one of the largest Plumbing companies I had the opportunity to oversee one of the biggest projects in WA at the time - the Fiona Stanley Hospital. Being involved in this project and various others I gained invaluable experience liaising with authorities, upper management and various stake holders to ensure all work was completed to a high standard.
