The view to disabled people has to change!I am a man with rheumatism and ADHD, and I have experienced that the labor market does not know how to deal with people with a disability. Most employers are "afraid" of disabled people because its "the unknown". As long as the government does not do enough to change the view of emloyers to people with a handicap or disability this problem will only become bigger, and the costs to maintain the disabled will only rise until the extreme.So I advocate for change!Becouse I have experienced this problems at first hand, I now can help people with an handicap or disability (phisical or mental) to get a job they like and that fits 100% to their disability.Onbegrensd Talent is an organistion I work for that is very succesfull in changing the view of employers so they see the many "ADVANTAGES" of people with disabilities. Some of these advantages are:-Above avarage motivated because their labor market oppertunities are unfortunally less.-So they are above average Loyal.-They are mostly high edjucated people.-Some disabilities could be enormous benifits in conbination with a job....AUTHISM v.s.
