CurrentMonitor all QNB active ATMs, BCDM, ITMs and SCK statues using Aptra vision.Assign problems detected in Vision to concerned units.Log/documents all service calls being escalated to other parties.Track and log ACC FLM Daily schedules and their respective reports. Respond to any client inquiries thru phone or email. Encode all captured card and journal rolls being collected by field teams.Prepare daily / hourly and monthly reports to be submitted to the bank.Make necessary follow ups on any service calls.Inform all concerned departments on any incident.Make proper turn over of all activities that happened during their shift to the succeeding.
