This included staying on top of funds placed on a group booking and having to apply the funds were necessary. Organizing group events and requests as well as individual requests. Part of my duties included resolving issues with guests or booking issues. Unfortunately, a few times it was my responsibility to advise guests if they were not allowed to travel with Celebrity and a few occasions where I had to advise guests that "unfortunately it does not seem we can meet or exceed your expectations, so it will be best to cruise with another company". This incident was not done without due diligence in researching previous bookings and reading documentation and notes on each of the bookings.
