Providing brief psychotherapy to marginalized clients, including new immigrants and uninsured clients, struggling with mood and personality disorders, grief, trauma, etc with no current supports while advocating for and with clients to reduce barriers to accessing community services and programs .

Working with clients on OW and ODSP by developing treatment plans using brief, evidence based psychotherapy to address depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, low self esteem, grief, addiction and concurrent disorders, in a multicultural framework. The work included risk assessments, screening, case management and collaborating with external partners to best support client needs

Assessing and treating adolescent and adults presenting with addictions, trauma, suicide ideation, self harm, mood and personality disorders, and concurrent disorders, utilizing evidence based therapies, and eclectic techniques according to client needs. The role also included developing CBT and mindfulness group therapy program for return to work clients

- Trained new employees on administrative tasks, sales and operation procedures- Attended to initial inquiries and prepared local and international quotations- Requested quotes from overseas, local and shipping agents- Prepared import/export quotations and documentation, and informed clients of the status of their move- Followed up with inconsistencies until resolved in a timely manner to meet targeted deadlines- Created a system to track import moves into Dubai while liaising with agents and clients globally- Prepared work notes for packing crew and folders for sales staff

Diagnosed and developed treatment plans working with adolescent and adult clients, individually and in group sessions, struggling with suicide ideation, personality and mood disorders, trauma, parenting, emotional and behavioural issues among others. I utilized various psychotherapies, including techniques derived from psychodynamic to humanistic therapies tailored to client needs. My role involved administering B-level psychological tests and interpreting C-level psychological assessment while consulting with supervisors during case conceptualizations, modifications and effectiveness evaluation. I gained supervisory experience training junior interns as well as participated in ongoing research including presenting on various modalities of therapy and issues (i.e. behavioural and reality therapy, BPD, etc)

Hamden)- Assisted in proof reading, reviewing and providing recommendations on the book for final submission.

- Assisted in organizing and executing activities with program coordinators for all PR events such as the London Business Forum, South Indian International Movie Awards 2013 and Gulf Bike Week 2013- Coverage reports on the Energy Exchange, North African Summit, Crayons Communication, Gulf Bike Week, Maid CVs, SIIMA, Pentair, Iraq future exchange, among others
