As an expert in strategic innovation and experience transformation, I have developed new digital and physical customer experiences, apps, business models, systems and communications that serve one purpose—to improve the human experience.Prior to starting my consultancy, Ideas and Experiments, I collaborated with brilliant minds and talent as a Group Creative Director at R/GA and innovation consultant at ?Whatif!. In 2019, with the full strength of my creativity and 15+ years of experience, I started my own company –one in which I bring the strength of my curiosity, passion and future-obsessed nature to bear on every project I lead.
