I was responsible for 4 applications (12.000 users) centered around healthcare systems. I worked closely with the people on the demand side (the end-users of the application) and an IT supply department. Furthermore I:- Assisted the financial logistics (DBC) in a Hospital Information System;- Worked as a network administrator;

I´ve had the opportunity to work in multiple IT-positions inside one of the largest hospitals in the Netherlands The traineeship consisted partial of practical working experience (UMCG) and a training programme from an expert organization (FIZr) in talent development.

I participated in a project where we had to implement an electronic health record system. After a successful implementation, I became responsible for the proper functioning of the system, the training, and support of all of its users (250+). I was also tasked with:- providing management and accountability reports;- providing advice for improving healthcare processes- performing multiple employee satisfaction surveys.I also provided administrative support for the following projects:Ketenzorg dak- en thuislozen: a project with multiple organizations focused on public mental health care. We had to create a monitoring system for difficult adult homeless people.Campus Diep: a project centered on integrated care for residential-, learning- and work facilities for troubled young adults

I was responsible for the primary formal process. I had to assure all the contracts were signed, monitor all the information that was needed to do so and process it as a management report. Furthermore, I was responsible for the billing and account receivables.

Supporting and aligning administration processes for B.I.G. Barneveld and its daughter companies. Furthermore I advised a small management team.

I did an internship in Suriname, where I conducted research on methods for implementing simple employee management tools. I also organized a presentation skills course for IT consultants.
