I participated in a project where we had to implement an electronic health record system. After a successful implementation, I became responsible for the proper functioning of the system, the training, and support of all of its users (250+). I was responsible for the primary formal process. I had to assure all the contracts were signed, monitor all the information that was needed to do so and process it as a management report. Furthermore, I was responsible for the billing and account receivables.
