EX.CO is the Disney-backed storytelling platform used by the world's major publishers to create engaging and interactive stories. As the first employee in the Sao Paulo office, I had the challenge of working on the implementation and consolidation of the company in this market — both on the editorial and commercial sides. In one year, the local operation grew by more than 500% in audience; partnership with all major publishers (e.g. Globo, Abril, Estadão, R7) and ad agencies (e.g. WPP, Omnicom, Publicis). Coordinated branded campaigns for Shell, Udacity, Unilever’s Knorr, Hellmann’s and many others, with engagement rates higher than 85%. I was also in charge of all the product requests and strategies from LATAM (AB tests, localization, etc.) and training sessions with journalists. In this position, I was working part of the time from the Tel Aviv office, in Israel.

In this regard, I provided a guideline and training sessions for more than 200 professionals.

As a reporter for the Veja São Paulo Magazine (part of Veja, the major magazine in Latin America) I covered a wide scope of subjects, specially those ones related to culture and entertainment. I was also in charge of social media network strategies during this period. In 2014, I was awarded the Abril Journalism Awards, category 'Best use case of social media networks, due to a project that engaged more than 2 million users on Instagram, among other initiatives. This project was created in São Paulo and after this success, it was replicated in Rio de Janeiro, Brasília and Belo Horizonte.
