Executive responsible for executing pre and post M&A rebranding from 2011 - 2015. Reorganized traditional marketing, branding, public relations, crisis management, communications, and digital and social media departments, centralizing all departments into a single entity to operationalize and change traditional models into evidenced based business units driving volume and ROI. Lead strategic planning for internal and external communications, reputation, and crisis management including merger communication strategies.
