I am nationally known for my experience with the federal Truth-in-Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and similar laws. I chaired the Business Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Banking Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and several subcommittees of the American Bar Association's Consumer Financial Services Committee.
