Hi! My name is Leonard.I finished my training and credits for a master's degree in Linguistics at the Graduate Institution of Linguistics(Master Program in Linguistics, Graduate Institution of Cross-Cultural Studies, College of Foreign Languages.) Fu-Jen University, Taiwan. And I take Formal Syntax and Mathematical Linguistics as my specialities, presenting many papers at conferences, workshops, and forums at home and abroad. I have been a teaching assistant and a research assistant from my university to my postgraduate.Due to my academic background and experience, I've taught elementary and junior high learners English for about six years. Being a teacher is not just doing the teaching job on the platform.First, I do not only have enthusiasm for sharing what I've learned to aid my learners to acquire English but challenge them and to be challenged by them.Second, I'm a manager controlling my classes and young students who go wild and set a goal for my classes in order to pass the proficiency tests.Third, I'm an administrative assistant and a teammate helping my directors complete general document processing, administrative tasks, affairs, and recruiting students. I'm also a bridge connecting parents, learners, directors, and my company. Finally, I'm an event planner, public relations, and media PR promotion. My job here is to recruit students annually, plan and host activities for festivals and sell some talent classes to parents.I have a variety of experiences in office administration, management, event planning and teaching. I am an ambitious, communicative, flexible, observant, committed and well-organized self-starter. As a team player, I have highly developed interpersonal skills with people. I am an enthusiastic and determined individual. However, working in cram schools, language schools, and buxibans is short of challenges. I have no chance to get promoted to test my limit and to know more about what else I'm capable of. We are either progressing or retrograding all the while. There is no such thing as remaining stationary in this life. Therefore, I would like to play a helpful, competent, ingenious, and methodical role in your cooperation. I see myself as a valuable teammate three years from now. I do believe that I will be sharing what I've mastered, bringing extraordinary ideas from other fields, and keep on contributing.
